These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Invictus Global Response (“IGR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site provides general information about IGR, its mission, activities, partnerships, impact, and ways to support the organization. Site content is not legal, medical, security, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice suited to a particular situation.

Conflict environments and humanitarian operations change quickly. Although we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not promise that every description, figure, project status, or external link will always be complete or up to date.

Online donations are processed by third-party services, including Givebutter and PayPal. Their terms, privacy policies, fees, and payment practices also apply when you use their services. IGR does not process payment card information directly through this website.

Unless a campaign expressly states otherwise, donations may be used where the need is greatest, consistent with IGR’s charitable mission, campaign representations, and applicable law. Campaign goals, costs, and allocations may be estimates and may change as operational conditions and priorities evolve.

Statements about tax deductibility are general information only. Donors should consult their own tax advisers. If you believe a donation was made in error or have a question about an acknowledgment, contact IGR promptly and include the transaction details available to you.

4. Inquiries and opportunities

Sending an inquiry about volunteering, employment, partnerships, training, sponsorship, or in-kind support does not create an employment, agency, partnership, contractual, or other legal relationship. No opportunity or arrangement is final unless confirmed in an authorized written agreement.

5. Permitted use

You may use this site only for lawful, noncommercial, and informational purposes. You may not:

• interfere with the site’s operation, security, or availability;
• attempt to access systems or information without authorization;
• use automated means to extract content in a way that burdens or disrupts the site;
