We provide training, technical advice, and operational support to government institutions, police services, and humanitarian organizations to strengthen their ability to manage explosive threats and support response, recovery, and reconstruction.
Supporting recovery
Explosive hazards can delay repairs and endanger reconstruction teams. We help partners assess these risks and plan safer access to damaged buildings and infrastructure so recovery and reconstruction can proceed.
Why we started IGR
In June 2023, Michael “Monty” Montoya lost his foot to a landmine while working in Ukraine. Plans for Invictus Global Response were already underway.
Later that year, Monty and Stuart Miller founded IGR to address explosive threats and strengthen the capacity of institutions and operational teams responding to conflict.
